In 2010 she received a two-year research grant for her work on the SAPI project. Dr Hill is the PhD qualifications leader in Industrial Psychology at the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management, and teaches at both graduate (research methodology, psychological assessment, consumer behaviour) and postgraduate level (quantitative research design and analysis).
