Byron Adams is a postdoctoral fellow at Tilburg University. He is an industrial and cross-cultural psychologist interested in personality, psychological assessment, transformation, and organizational behavior. He has specific interest in in exploring the relationship between, and gain insight into identity and personality across ethnic groups, particularly in South Africa.
